• Phone Marg was born and raised in Vernon, BC. In her retirement, she lived in the Keddleston area located above the Foothills of Silver Star and loved the serenity of country living. She enjoyed the four seasons, the ever changing scenery, wildlife and abundance of wildflowers which all brought to her the inspiration for photography and painting. She is mostly self taught but does enjoy the odd painting lesson to learn new techniques using different mediums including water colours, acrylics and oils. She has been a member of the ‘Okanagan Artists of Canada Society' since 2013. Meeting fellow artists and getting involved with the community is a wonderful motivation for her to pick up the brushes, have fun and keep painting! |
